Rana Daggubati,Puri Jagannath combo movie was launched on Sep 4rth on saturday at Ramanaidu studios in hyderabad.Nallamalapu Sinivas is joining hands with Puri Jagannath to produce the film but this is the second hero from Daggubati family he is working with, the first being Venkatesh in ‘Chintakayala Ravi’. This Lakshmi Narasimha Productions will commence its regular shooting from September 13th onwards. Later in October the next schedule will be in Italy followed by the last schedule in Hyderabad. The film is planned to complete by November. Curvaceous beauty Ileana is going to play Rana’s love interest.

The film launch was simple with a few friends and family members. Rana’s grandfather D Ramanaidu, his father D Suresh Babu and his uncle Venkatesh graced the occasion and blessed him. His cousin Naga Chaitanya also visited the spot and offered his best wishes to Rana, Ileana and the entire team.

Hindi flick ‘Dusvidaniya’ is going to be remade in Telugu as ‘Chandrudu’ where krishnudu as in main lead role.Usha Films banner bought the telugu remake rights of the movie.To brief the details of the film producers organized a press meet at Film Chamber of Commerce. It was attended by director Dwarapudi Satyanarayana, hero Krishnudu, producers P S Chandra and Rajkumar.

Director Satyanarayana while speaking, “My first film as director was ‘Pellikani Prasad’. I’m confident of crafting this film in a better manner than that of Hindi.”

Sridevi, Nagarjuna launched Ram Gopal Varma - Sunil Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam:Appalaraju was formally launched here today afternoon at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju stars Sunil in the lead pair.

Ram Gopal Varma is directing a straight Telugu cinema for after 12 years with Sunil as Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju.

Actress Sridevi, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Sumanth, Rana, and several other Telugu movie celebrities attended Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam film launch function.

Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju’ regular shooting would start from September 1st. The movie is produced by Kiran Kumar Koneru under Shreya Productions banner, which earlier produced movies like Siddham and Homam.

It seems that Ram Gopal Varma is fond of beauty babe Sridevi, and as such, he has roped in Sridevi for Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam movie launch.

Mahesh Babu’s new film, under Sreenu Vaitla’s direction to be presented by Krishna Productions (Pvt) Ltd., was launched today, the 28th June, at 7.20 am at Ramanaidu Studios, Hyderabad. Producer Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta and Anil Sunkara who produced a hitfilm like ‘Namo Venkatesa’, are now going to produce this film as Production No. 2 under their 14 Reels Entertainment banner.

Later speaking to the media director Sreenu Vaitla said, “We are going to show Mahesh in an angle which he was never seen before. Thisfilm will also have all the elements like cute love story, terrific action and powerful sentiment that are regularly seen in my films. Thisfilm with the most powerful script will definitely impress people from all segments.”

Gopichand Achanta said, “We are going to produce this film with huge star cast including “Ye Maya Chesave” fame Samantha opposite Mahesh Babu. This movie with high technical values will have its regular shooting from July 15th onwards. We are planning to release the film as Sankranti gift.”

Usha Madhuri Enterprises movie starring Parachuri Ravindranath in the lead role was launched on Monday, Dec 28th at Ramanaidu studios in Hyderabad. R V Uday Kumar directs this film while Nekkenti Rambabu produces it. Says Parachuri Venkateshwara Rao: "The script is designed that suits the body language of Parachuri Ravindranath. It shows him in rather different image. A new heroine from Srilanka is acting opposite him. We are also planning to shoot major part of the movie on foreign locations."

The film is about a rough guy who changes into gentleman by a girl's love. "A father turns his son into bad guy. A girl's love changes him into gentleman. That is the main story," director Uday Kumar informed the media. He also said he is happy to retunr to Tollywood again after a long gap. Prakash Raj is playing Ravindranath's uncle while Tanikella is the father to him in the film.

Ravindranth thanked Uday Kumar for choosing him as hero. "The director has made some superhits in the past and I am glad to act under his direction," he added.
